I frequently wonder if they're being completely honest with me, or are they simply presenting the most expensive option. With Washougal HVAC, my sense is they're looking out for my wallet. Their tech, David, seems to be a staight shooter. Their prices seem more competitive than other HVAC companies I've dealt with. Since they were late on their first visit without calling to inform me they were behind schedule, I'm docking them one star on customer service. However, since then I've received several calls from their point-person, Andrea, who has restored my faith in their service level."
